Technology
We manufacture individual punching, bending and assembly works in-house. It is possible to manufacture perfectly fitting insulation films via plotter cutting, and mount, press and solder electrical components on the busbar. The quality standard set here is proven and documented during various testing processes.
Punching technology
Our machinery is set up for punched parts up to 6mm. This means that we can punch the various metals precisely for a variety of tasks, and if necessary, bend them as appropriate. We rely on our AMADA Vipros for the precise design.
Soldering and welding technology
Soldering points and welding seams are always critical points in a component. We know this. That is why we pay particular attention to quality here. This means that reproducible soldering points and welding seams occur for a consistent series quality.
Cutting technology
To insulate components, we use the high-performance flatbed plotter from Zünd. This is another reliable work step in our certified quality standard.
Chamfering
With our CNC chamfering machines, we bend all our components to measure. This workstep guarantees the precision and fit of the elements.
